Williams: Kubica's fitness not a concern

Williams technical chief Paddy Lowe says there are no concerns that Robert Kubica injuries will affect his ability to race in Formula 1 following a successful test in Abu Dhabi. Williams is evaluating Kubica’s potential to return to F1, six years after he had suffered life-threatening injuries from a rally crash in 2011. Kubica has previously tested a 2014 Williams at Silverstone and the Hungaroring, with Lowe saying the Abu Dhabi test in a 2017 Williams would help the team assess his fitness.
