McLaren entering Brazilian GP weekend with 'cautious optimism'

McLaren racing director Eric Boullier says the team is entering this weekend's Brazilian Grand Prix with "cautious optimism" as it bids to score points in consecutive Formula 1 races for just the second time this season. McLaren currently sits ninth in the F1 constructors' championship after a difficult season blighted by issues with the team's Honda power unit, but showed signs of progress last time out in Mexico as Fernando Alonso fought from the back of the field to take a point for P10. With the layout of the Interlagos circuit better-suited to the team's MCL32 car than the track in Mexico, Boullier is hopeful of McLaren's chances of scoring points once again, particularly...
