Charles Leclerc wraps up Pirelli's Mexico tyre test

Charles Leclerc brought Pirelli’s two-day tyre test to a close at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez on Wednesday as he added racked up more Formula 1 experience. Leclerc, the Ferrari-backed Formula 2 champion, carried out proceedings on Tuesday at the Mexican Grand Prix venue, alongside Force India tester Alfonso Celis Jr., but was the sole participant on Wednesday. Leclerc ran both Intermediate and Slick prototypes, following overnight rain, and ultimately amassed 104 laps in the Sauber C36-Ferrari.
