Raikkonen: 'Pointless' to consider what was possible in Malaysian GP
Kimi Raikkonen says it is "pointless" to consider where he could have finished in Sunday's Formula 1 Malaysian Grand Prix despite appearing to have a car capable of victory, having failed to start the race due to an issue. Raikkonen had been due to start second at Sepang, only for an unconfirmed problem with his power unit to force Ferrari to pull his car from the grid and take it back to the garage, where it failed to resolve the issue in time for the start. Max Verstappen charged to victory for Red Bull as Mercedes struggled, while Sebastian Vettel charged from last to P4 in the second Ferrari, appearing to have the strongest race pace of all.
