Haas swaps brakes suppliers... again!
It appears the Haas F1 Team and Romain Grosjean still aren't satisfied with the VF-17's brakes as another supplier swap takes place in Malaysia. Grosjean has formulated complaints about his brakes as far back as last summer, claiming a general lack of feeling which has impacted his confidence and driving. In a bid to solve the persistent issue, Haas has been switching between Brembo and Carbone Industrie brakes all season. While the French driver appeared to ultimately favor the latter supplier, a shortage of components forced Haas to revert to Brembo at certain venues. Carbone Industrie has brought new discs and cooling ducts to Sepang however, and if Grosjean is satisfied with the latest...
