Penalty points for Raikkonen and Perez

Kimi Raikkonen and Sergio Perez have both picked up penalty points following the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa. Ferrari's Finn was furious when he learned that he a 10-second stop/go penalty for failing to slow down for double-waved yellows when Max Verstappen came to a stop at the Kemmel Straight. Now Raikkonen has also had three points added to what was a squeaky-clean superlicense over the last 12 months. Perez, meanwhile, was punished with a five-second penalty for leaving the track and gaining an advantage when battling with Romain Grosjean.
