Hamilton: I could easily do another three-year contract
Either Lewis Hamilton has a serious case of memory lapse or the official FIA magazine is a purvey of fake Formula 1 news. In the latest edition of the governing body's Auto magazine Hamilton is quoted saying, 'My destiny is in my own hands. I can decide to stop at the end of this year.' But when asked in Baku about the widely reported statement he allegedly made during the interview, the triple F1 World Champion said, 'I don’t even remember discussing that. It’s not something I’m thinking about right now.' 'I could easily do another three-year contract if I wanted to. I reckon I could go another one after that too, but at least one more.'
