Overview: Alonso's busy F1/Indy schedule

– McLaren-Honda driver Fernando Alonso has outlined a demanding schedule between Europe and the United States over the next six weeks as he prepares for his assault on the prestigious Indianapolis 500.Alonso will contest the Indy 500, sacrificing his seat for the clashing Monaco Grand Prix, in a one-car McLaren entry, run by Andretti Autosport and powered by Honda engines.His preparations will start with a visit to the Grand Prix of Alabama next weekend, and possibly a seat-fitting, before another trip in early May for simulator running/testing.He will then dash from his home Grand Prix in Spain on May 14 to Indianapolis, where Indy 500 practice begins the following day, leading up...
