Wolff praises Wehrlein for 'mature' approach

– Mercedes boss Toto Wolff has praised Pascal Wehrlein for his "mature" decision to withdraw from the season-opening Australian Grand Prix, amid fitness concerns.Wehrlein, who switched from Manor to Sauber for the 2017 season, injured his back in a crash at the Race of Champions in January and missed the opening pre-season test.At Albert Park, Wehrlein managed 52 laps on the first day of running, but then declared that he did not feel fit enough to complete a race distance, given his disrupted training programme.Ferrari reserve driver Antonio Giovinazzi, who also stepped in for Wehrlein during the pre-season, made his Formula 1 debut in place of the German, finishing...
