Palmer labels Renault car a 'disaster'

– Renault driver Jolyon Palmer labelled his car as "awful" and a "disaster" as he finished as the slowest competitor during qualifying for the season-opening Australian Grand Prix.Palmer's running on Friday was heavily compromised by a split CV boot in the first session, before he crashed out of the second session when he lost control of his RS.17 through the final corner.Palmer was only 19th in the final practice session and slipped to last in Q1, his time of 1:28.244 over a second adrift of nearest rival Lance Stroll, and three seconds down on team-mate Nico Hülkenberg."I had a fuel surge on the first run so didn't do a lap," Palmer...
