First Barcelona pre-season test driver line-up confirmed

The first pre-season Formula 1 test is almost upon us and it provides teams and drivers with the first real opportunity to learn exactly how well their respective design and technical teams have done. With major changes introduced for this season, testing is sure to be a frantic affair with teams keen to get as much track time as possible. The changes have also forced drivers to bulk up to cope with the extra demands placed on their body, and that means the days of back-to-back running are over. Mercedes has chosen to split each day between its two drivers, while the majority are alternating drivers over the course of the four-day test.
