Lewis Hamilton: I'm the best equipped I have ever been'
Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team driver Lewis Hamilton has been preparing hard for the new season, in anticipation of the more physically demanding cars set to grace the track this year. The Brit has developed a specific training programme to boost his fitness ahead of this years campaign, and is confident ahead of the new season, having visited the factory and seen just how enthusiastic everybody is about the new challenge ahead. 'It's been a fantastic winter and an exciting training season for me. 'I've added a new element to my training regime that has kept it really enjoyable and I'm in great shape.
