It seems Toro Rosso are passed the first hurdle, with their car passing the FIA crash test's…… Toro Rosso announced on their Twitter page a few hours ago that their two drivers will now have a car to start testing in. Signifying they had passed the necessary crash tests to allow them to start testing!
