Gutierrez plays down confrontation with Haas team chief
It was a bizarre moment that flashed on the Tv screens during coverage of the the Brazilian Grand Prix, as Esteban Gutierrez was grabbed by Haas team principal Guenther Steiner, appearing to scold the Mexican in the team's pit garage. The incident occurred after Gutierrez retired from the race, threw his gloves as walked into the pit garage and went on a rant which Steiner took offence too, confronting the irrate Haas driver. Of the incident, Gutierrez told F1i. 'But I was not angry at anyone, it was just the wrong timing and afterwards we were laughing with each other just about the moment.
