Carlos Sainz believes his 5-second penalty during the Mexican GP was on the ‘harsh side’ especially when it comes to the penalty lottery that is the FIA….. Carlos Sainz had a tense scuff with the late McLaren driver Fernando Alonso during the Mexican GP.
