Reports: Hulkenberg to Renault for 2017

Nico Hulkenberg is reported to be in advanced talks for a Renault seat for the 2017 season as the French marque bid to hire an experienced driver for next year. With two seats available for next season, the identity of Renault's 2017 line-up has been a hot topic on the driver transfer market. Renault originally approached Hulkenberg's team-mate Sergio Perez over a drive, but the Mexican opted to remain with Force India for next season. Valtteri Bottas was also heavily linked with a seat, but he is now expected to remain with Williams for next season.
