Raikkonen to join Vettel in Ferrari Pirelli testing

Kimi Raikkonen is to join the next stage of Pirelli's 2017 Formula 1 test programme this week, as work continues on preparing next year's wider tyres. Following a first phase of testing last month, the second tests are to take place later this week at Paul Ricard in France and Barcelona in Spain. Both are for slick tyre evaluation. Raikkonen is to take part on the opening day of testing for Ferrari at Barcelona on Tuesday, before handing the car over to Sebastian Vettel for the second day. Meanwhile, Pascal Wehrlein will run from Tuesday to Thursday for Mercedes at Paul Ricard. Both Mercedes and Ferrari are using updated 2014 cars, which have been designed to simulate the downforce...
