Mid-Season Report: Manor
Mid-Season report – When you wind the clock back twelve months ago we would be reminded of how Manor barely made it onto the grid for the 2015 season, having just been brought out of administration. Going through what was very much a transitional year for the team was tough on everyone, but a spectacular effort to bring new people onboard and prepare a car for 2016 have been successful. Manor entered 2016 in their best financial light since they joined Formula One back in 2010, as well as ex-Ferrari and McLaren man Pat Fry joining the team, the signing of a technical partnership with Williams and a Mercedes engine, coming with it the manufacturer’s protégé Pascal Wehrlein.
