Rosberg handed a 10-second time penalty, drops to third Championship leader Nico Rosberg handed a 10-second time penalty at the British Grand Prix for breaching the radio rules, Rosberg drops to third after the penalty. A statement issued by the FIA said that while some of the instructions Mercedes gave him were allowed, other parts of the advice were illegal.
