ABT’s messy London race in “slower” car
London ePrix – Audi Schaeffler ABT had a messy race in London, with both drivers making contact with other cars, one of which resulted in a retirement. Still Lucas di Grassi extended his championship advantage by two points. It started when di Grassi and Sebastien Buemi found themselves on the back of Daniel Abt early in the race. Abt moved aside for his team mate to help him in the championship, and then put up a sterling defence against Buemi. The eDAMS driver, however, was not impressed by Abt’s driving. “They gave him the flag at one point because he was changing his line on a track that is so narrow.
