The incredible effort to bring the Brawn to Goodwood

Goodwood Festival of Speed – It has been a spectacular effort from Mercedes and D3 Racing Solutions to bring the 2009 championship winning Brawn to Goodwood. One of only three chassis built for the 2009 season was brought to the Festival of Speed; bringing the car that took Jenson Button to a momentous world championship back to a race track for the first time. The car has previously been on a static display at the festival, but this would be the first time it has run on the circuit. “I missed the first run this morning because I was stuck in traffic; forgot how popular this event is!” said Ross Brawn, founder and team principal of Brawn GP. “It is great to see it running again....
