Bottas' car damaged by loose drain cover
– Further trouble at the Baku City Circuit arose during Saturday's final practice session, when Valtteri Bottas ran over a loose drain cover in the pit lane and damaged his car.Bottas, who had just completed an installation lap, was returning to the Williams garage when he struck the panel after the pit entry, causing damage to the right-hand side of his car.Formula 1 Technical Delegate Jo Bauer inspected the loose cover, which was also covering cables, before a traffic cone was place in front of the hole to warn other drivers of the issue.On Friday, loose kerb bolts caused cuts to tyres during Formula 1's first practice session, which led to GP2 qualifying being delayed – painted...
