Force India: Hands off Perez or pay

Force India have told Ferrari that if they want to sign Sergio Perez, who is 'ours', they will have to pay 'a lot' of money. As Formula 1's silly season hits high gear, Perez is just the latest driver to be linked to Kimi Raikkonen's Ferrari seat. The Finn is out of contract at the end of this season and, although he would like to stay on, the list of those wanting his race-seat is growing. Perez, who finished third at the Monaco Grand Prix, has been linked to a move to Maranello but Force India's sporting director Otmar Szafnauer has warned it will cost them. 'Sergio is ours,' Szafnauer told Auto Motor und Sport. 'If Ferrari want him they have to pay a lot of money.'
