Magnussen to miss qualifying after crash

– Renault driver Kevin Magnussen has been ruled out of qualifying for the Canadian Grand Prix after his accident during Saturday morning's final free practice session.Magnussen crashed out heavily at Turn 7 with just under 15 minutes of the session remaining as he attempted to catch his car, which snapped away under acceleration.Although the Dane escaped unharmed, Magnussen's car suffered significant damage on the left-hand side and rear, with mechanics unable to fix it before qualifying.Magnussen will thus miss the grid-deciding session.
