Raikkonen: Lack of wins skews assessment of Ferrari pace

The Scuderia experienced another somewhat disappointing weekend in Monaco, with Sebastian Vettel finishing fourth while his Finnish team-mate suffered an early retirement after breaking his front wing at the Loews hairpin.
