Kvyat's Toro Rosso fails post-qualifying checks
– Toro Rosso has been summoned to the stewards after Daniil Kvyat's STR11 failed post-qualifying checks at the Monaco Grand Prix.Kvyat qualified in ninth place on his second race back for Toro Rosso but his grid position is now in doubt.A report issued by FIA Technical Delegate Jo Bauer confirmed that the "vertical deflection of the floor under a load of 4,000 Newtons exceeded 5mm – a breach of Article 3.17.5 of the FIA technical regulations."The matter has been referred to the stewards.
