Wehrlein welcoming Mercedes rumours
Manor driver Pascsal Wehrlein has welcomed rumours linking him with a drive at Mercedes, calling it a good thing. Wehrlein, who is already a development driver for Mercedes, said that him being linked with a seat at his parent team means that he is doing a good job at Manor. The rumours began circulating once the young German replaced World Champion Lewis Hamilton during in-season testing in Barcelona last week. When quizzed by Motorsport.com however, the teenager denied that he set for a move to the Silver Arrows but refused to rule out a move later in his career.
