Haryanto pleased with ‘good reference' alongside Wehrlein

Monaco Grand Prix – Manor F1 driver Rio Haryanto says that he's happy with his current performance level alongside his highly rated 2016 teammate. Haryanto's pre-F1 pedigree doesn't quite match up with Pascal Wehrlein's, who is racing this year as reigning DTM Champion, meaning that the German driver is usually expected to have the edge over the Indonesian. However, despite this, Haryanto has managed to stack up well alongside the Mercedes Young Driver, rarely far from Wehrlein's pace.
