Vettel fastest in wet final practice
Sebastian Vettel and Ferrari set the fastest time during a very wet final practice at the Shanghai circuit, with Valtteri Bottas setting the second fastest time in the Williams. Ferrari may have topped the time-sheets, however the seemingly invincible Mercedes team hadn't even set a timed lap, thanks to the lack of running during final practice given the wet conditions. Vettel's fastest lap was a 1.57.351 in the Ferrari, with Bottas some seven tenths further back, and Force India showed their hands in the mixed conditions with Sergio Perez in third place.
