Williams appoints Hollinger to board
– Williams has appointed American healthcare executive Brad Hollinger as a Non-Executive Director.Hollinger, a shareholder in Williams since 2014, increased his stake to c.15 per cent earlier this year, following the purchase of shares previously owned by Mercedes motorsport boss Toto Wolff.Hollinger joins Nick Rose and Eddie Charlton as the company's third Non-Executive Director."I'm honoured to be appointed to the board of one of the world's legendary motorsport teams," said Hollinger, who has been appointed for three years."I have tremendous faith in the potential of this business – both as a competitive Formula 1 team and diversified Advanced Engineering...
