F1 fails to reach qualifying agreement

– Formula 1 teams, the FIA and Bernie Ecclestone have failed to agree on changes to the qualifying format, with a further meeting scheduled for Thursday, in a bid to resolve the situation for the Chinese Grand Prix.More to follow.
