F1 LIVE BLOG - Australian GP Qualifying
Welcome to our live and interactive coverage of the season-opening Australian Grand Prix qualifying session. Today the action is coming to us from the Albert Park Lake Circuit in Melbourne. After rain put a damper on the practice sessions on Friday, this is the first chance we'll get to see what the new cars are capable of. That said, indications are that the Mercedes cars have returned with their edge over their competitors again this year as Lewis Hamilton's car brilliantly handled the wet conditions in Melbourne. Nico Rosberg seemed to be going well also before crashing in the conditions. The Ferraris, though, didn't handle the conditions that well as the Red Bulls and Force India...
