Red Bull fighting to be third best team, says Ricciardo

Daniel Ricciardo reckons his Red Bull team is in a close fight for ‘best of the rest’ with Williams and Force India ahead of the Formula 1 season opener in Melbourne. Following the conclusion of the second week of pre-season testing at Barcelona, Mercedes and Ferrari emerged once again as the two strongest outfits. While Red Bull had been harbouring ambitions of taking the fight to the 2015 pacesetters, Riccardo says the best the team can hope for is to be third in the pecking order in Melbourne.
