Vettel labels SF16-H a 'step forward'

– Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel believes the outfit's SF16-H is a "step forward" compared to its SF15-T, as he topped the opening day of testing in Spain.Vettel clocked a time of 1:24.939 during the morning session at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya to eclipse Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton by almost half a second.Vettel, who finished third in the 2015 championship standings with three victories, is optimistic that Ferrari has progressed over the winter break."We got a first feeling from the car and the first impression is good, I think the new car is a step forward," said Vettel after the session."I felt confident enough, but we know there is still a lot of...
