Manor: 'Our car is a contender. We really believe that.'
Manor's Technical Director John McQuilliam says that the new MRT05 is a complete revolution, and the best car ever produced by the squad. The new MRT05 (view launch pictures here) had a rather low key launch on Monday morning. Rather than a grand reveal and social media expose, Manor simply sent Pascal Wehrlein out on track to begin the session. However, the demure start is at odds with the comments of McQuilliam, who is fired up about the prospects of the new car: 'Even at this early stage of the game, we can easily say this is the best car we’ve ever launched.
