New Haas F1 car hits the track for maiden run
The first ever Haas F1 car, the VF-16, has hit the track for the first time on the opening day of pre-season testing at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Following the 2016 machine’s online reveal on Sunday, the car was officially uncovered in the pit lane at the Spanish circuit, prior to the opening morning of testing. Drivers Romain Grosjean and Esteban Gutierrez were on hand to take the covers off the Ferrari-powered VF-16.
