Haas: 2016 is about gaining experience
This year's championship will be focused on 'building experience' for Haas F1 with team owner Gene Haas conceding they will make a 'ton of mistakes' and learn from them. Haas will enter their debut campaign with Romain Grosjean and Esteban Gutierrez entrusted with the driving duties. While Grosjean brings with him years of on-track experience and a tally of 10 podiums, Gutierrez has knowledge of the Ferrari engine that will be used to power Haas' first car. But despite the drivers' knowledge, the American admits Haas have a lot to learn this season and won't always be easy.
