Manor appoints ex-Ferrari designer Tombazis
Manor Marussia Manor Marussia has appointed former Ferrari designer Nikolas Tombazis as its new Chief Aerodynamicist. Tombazis has worked for Benetton, McLaren and Ferrari across a two-decade spell in Formula 1, most recently as Ferrari's Chief Designer. Tombazis departed Ferrari following its troubled 2014 campaign but has now secured a switch to Manor for the upcoming campaign. "I am very happy to be joining Manor at this exciting time in its development," said Tombazis.
