Gutierrez can bring experience to Haas
Scuderia Ferrari Esteban Gutierrez says he can aid Haas' progress with his own experience when the squad enters Formula 1 at the start of the 2016 season. Haas is Formula 1's first new team since the trio of Lotus Racing, Virgin and Hispania entered the sport in 2010 and the American outfit has signed Gutierrez to partner Romain Grosjean. Gutierrez spent two years acting as reserve driver for the Ferrari-powered Sauber team prior to two seasons in a race seat in 2013 and 2014. Gutierrez occupied the role of reserve at Ferrari in 2015, sampling the SF15-T during in-season testing in Spain and Austria, and reckons he will be well-equipped to help Haas' development in 2016.
