McLaren renews Santander sponsor deal

McLaren has secured a sponsorship boost, with confirmation of a new deal with bank Santander UK. Having been a part of McLaren's sponsorship portfolio since 2007, Santander's new deal runs until the end of 2020 and is aimed at making the most of the profile of Jenson Button. Ekrem Sami, managing director of McLaren Marketing, said: “Our renewed partnership demonstrates a well-founded belief in the team’s ability to successfully activate brands around a shared, common vision for the future. “I look forward to developing the relationship and hope to see it continue to go from strength to strength for both brands.” Button added: “I’m really pleased to continue working with...
