Vandoorne would relish Super Formula chance

GP2 champion Stoffel Vandoorne says he would be keen on competing in Super Formula next year if there are no opportunities on the Formula 1 grid. The Belgian and his McLaren team are determined to keep him racing in 2016, rather than spending a year on the sidelines as a reserve driver. The idea of placing him at Manor appears to be fading amid the management uncertainty at the team, which makes it now more likely he will be competing elsewhere.
