McLaren destroys Magnussen’s F1 career?
‘Huge disaster' if Vandoorne misses F1 seat Kevin Magnussen is splitting with McLaren, two Danish publications report. The 23-year-old has been the Woking team's reserve driver in 2015, having lost his race seat after just a single season, there is limited opening to bag a drive for 2016 F1. 2015 GP2 champion Stoffel Vandoorne is set to take on the role of reserve to Jenson Button and Fernando Alonso for 2016 season.
