McLaren-Honda set for 'experimental' race

– McLaren-Honda drivers Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button are both braced for "experimental" races at the Russian Grand Prix.Alonso dropped out in the Q1 phase at Sochi Autodrom, and will fall to the back of the grid due to an array of engine-related penalties.McLaren and Honda have scored just 17 points since reuniting, the Japanese manufacturer struggling for both reliability and performance."We have to see what we can do tomorrow," said Alonso, who trialled a new Honda power unit in FP1 before switching back to an older engine."The race will be important, as we have some experimental parts, looking towards next year's project, and we need information from...
