Sam Bird 'Ready to put on a great show'

London ePrix – Virgin Racing driver Sam Bird is looking forward to a promising home race in the English capital.  Bird currently sits sixth in the standings, and although he has a mathematical chance of winning the championship, he would need a lot of good fortune as he is 60 points down with exactly 60 points still available in the championship. In theory, Piquet would have to place outside of the points in both races, not qualify on pole or set the fastest lap of the race, whilst Bird would still have to win both races and achieve both poles positions and set the fastest lap of both races.
