Hamilton: I couldn’t care less about Monaco

As expected, Lewis Hamilton was met in Montreal by a barrage of questions about the way his Monaco Grand Prix ended, but the world champion insists that all that is far behind him now. Hamilton had been romping to victory in the Principality before a safety car triggered by Max Verstappen's accident prompted an ill-judged tyre stop that dropped him to third behind Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg and Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel, but the Briton insists that he is not giving the loss of vital championship points a second thought as he returns to a far happier hunting ground.
