Smedley refutes 'development myth'
Rob Smedley is adamant that beliefs in the paddock that Williams struggle to develop their cars is nothing but a myth. Last Sunday in Spain, several of Williams rivals went into the race armed with massive upgrades especially Ferrari. Williams in contrast only had a few and, while not able to challenge Sebastian Vettel, were at least able to keep Kimi Raikkonen behind Valtteri Bottas. And Smedley says that's a clear sign that Williams understand what is needed to develop the car.
