Contract talks won't be a distraction for Hamilton

Lewis Hamilton says he still hasn't finalised a new contract with Mercedes, but won't let the ongoing negotiations be a distraction at the upcoming Chinese Grand Prix. Hamilton is out of contract after this season but has agreed to return to Mercedes, the team he joined for the 2013 campaign after starting his career with McLaren. The British driver said after the Malaysian GP two weeks ago that the contract was nearly complete but now says he isn't feeling 'particularly rushed' to sign. He added that 'there's still points to be agreed on. It's just back and forth. There's no real issues.' Media reports have valued the contract at $31 million per year, with bonuses...
