Boullier: McLaren restructure starting to pay off

– McLaren Racing Director Eric Boullier believes that the recent structural changes at the team are showing signs of paying off.After arriving from Lotus early last year, Boullier set about revamping the organisation with Group CEO Ron Dennis and Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Neale.The Woking-based outfit went on to make numerous technical signings, including the highly-rated Peter Prodromou from Red Bull."The start of the 2015 season is actually the culmination of a period of great change, and change for the better, plus a huge amount of hard work from everyone in our team," said Boullier."It's almost a year since I arrived in Woking, and, together with Ron and...
