BRDC completes Silverstone management restructure

Sutton Images Enlarge The British Racing Drivers Club (BRDC) has completed a major personnel restructure and installed a new management team at Silverstone. Former managing director Richard Phillips and two fellow executives, Ed Brookes and David Thompson, were suspended in October while the BRDC completed an investigation into the running of the British Grand Prix venue. They have been replaced by Patrick Allen, the new managing director, who will be assisted by sporting director Stuart Pringle.
