McLaren and Sauber pass mandatory FIA crash tests

FIA crash test (File Photo) McLaren and Sauber have confirmed that their respective 2015 chassis' have passed the mandatory FIA crash tests. McLaren, who embark on their second Honda powered era, are looking to turn around two woeful seasons which has seen them go winless since 2012. During the media event announcing Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button as the team's 2015 drivers, team supremo Ron Dennis revealed, 'On the car side, we have just gone through all our crash tests, we are well ahead on programme.'
